**Order Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

**Delivery Time**
We deliver pan-India within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai) — 3–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 5–7 business days

**Shipping Charges**
- Orders below ₹999 — Shipping charge of ₹69
- Orders above ₹999 — **FREE Shipping** ✅

**Cash on Delivery (COD)**
We offer COD across most pin codes in India. COD orders may take 1 additional business day for processing.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner's website.

**Failed Delivery**
If delivery fails due to wrong address or customer unavailability, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

**Delayed Orders**
In rare cases delays may occur due to weather conditions or courier issues. TheShapeQueen is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
