**Return & Exchange Policy – TheShapeQueen**
At TheShapeQueen, we take great pride in delivering high-quality shapewear to every customer. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
**No Returns Policy**
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any shapewear, bodysuits, or innerwear products once delivered. We strongly recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order.
**Exchange Policy**
We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Product is unused and unwashed
- Original tags are intact
- Product is in original packaging
- Exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery
To raise an exchange request, contact us at support@theshapequeen.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
**Damaged or Wrong Product**
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will provide a full replacement at no extra cost. Please share an unboxing video or clear photos within 24 hours of delivery as proof.
**COD Orders**
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
**Shipping Charges on Exchange**
Return shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
